Marli Milano
Field Operations Manager

Growing up in the Hudson Valley, Marli unearthed her love of the outdoors through hands-on experiences in the backyard and countless strolls through the neighboring nature preserve. So as her enthusiasm for her surroundings expanded into an academic interest, Marli pursued her Bachelors in Conservation Biology from Suny College of Environmental Science and Forestry, followed by a Masters in Forest and Natural Resources Management.

Managing a range of field operations—including annual maintenance on some of our longest-term projects, planting and seeding new meadow landscapes—Marli finds a way to fill her arms with the same outdoor work she always has. So when she’s not out in a meadow, you’ll most likely find her working in her own gardens, repotting houseplants or taking a hike with her dogs.
