Ian Caton
Frequent Collaborator

The plants. The plants. The plants. Whether it’s concocting a seed mix or offering his oversight and instruction to NDAL and our educational programs, Ian’s always found himself most at home between the leaves and roots.

Tending to his nursery – Wood Thrush Natives – by day and consulting with LWLA in the quieter moments, Ian’s acumen is informed by his degree in Landscape Design and Horticulture from Delaware Valley University, alongside years of drafting, overseeing and implementing projects as a former full-time member of our team. As one of our closest collaborators to this day, his encyclopedic understanding of plant life continues to push our practice forward.
