LWLA is excited to welcome Morgana Tetherow-Keller as the newest member of our office!

Morgana started as a summer intern in 2023 and has since stayed on as a Landscape Designer. She’s interested in analysis-based design, making her an easy fit within our team.

Originally from New York State, Morgana worked in New York City and Long Island as an artist’s assistant and in art galleries prior to pivoting to landscape design. She carried her interest and experience in fiber-art throughout her time in graduate school, merging her two interests in a cumulative project focusing on burlap and landscape maintenance practices. During her time as a MLA student at Louisiana State University’s Landscape Architecture program, Morgana was both a 2022 LAF Olmstead Scholar and received an Student ASLA Honor Award in the collaboration category.

Morgana looks forward to continuing to combine her love of art, design and ecology throughout her career.

Since joining LWLA, Morgana has assisted on both residential and public projects in multiple scales, lending a hand with site analysis, concept design and sketches. Morgana is inspired by the power of storytelling through design and the intrinsic joy that nature can bring.

When she’s away from her desk, Morgana enjoys exploring her new neighborhood in Philadelphia, visiting the pages of her sketchbook, and spending time at the loom.

Welcome, Morgana!  We’re excited to have you be part of LWLA.
